My vehicle consistently has an offset to one side of the pass. I don't have any offsets entered in the settings.

Cause: The antenna's location on the vehicle (left or right of the vehicle's centerline or on the vehicle's centerline) does not match the Antenna Left/Right Offset value and direction on the Vehicle Setup screen in the Whirl app.

Resolution: The Vehicle Setup screen shows the centerline of the vehicle and how to determine the direction of the offset if the antenna is not on the centerline.

• If you place the center of the antenna on the centerline, do not enter a value for the offset on the Vehicle Setup screen.
• If you place the antenna to the left or right of the centerline, measure the perpendicular distance from the center of the antenna to the centerline. Tap Antenna Left/Right Offset and enter this value, then select the direction (tap LEFT or RIGHT) that matches where your placed the antenna (left or right of centerline). For example, the screen below shows an offset of 2 ft 3 in to the right of the centerline.
