How Do I know my HPX-10 service is active?
Once you have successfully activated your HPX-10 service and have downloaded it to the Whirl App on your mobile device, you will know the service is active by looking at the top of your Whirl App screen. You should see "HPX-10" in the upper left.
NOTE: If you see the message "HPX-10 Converging", please wait for the satellite convergence to complete. This can take up to 30 minutes.
