Do I need DGPS to calibrate?
Yes, you will need a differential GPS (DGPS) position to perform the series of calibration steps. When you have a DGPS position:
- The antenna LED is green
- You will be able to perform the calibration, meaning, Whirl will display the first step of Calibration A after you enter vehicle dimensions; otherwise, if you don't have a DGPS signal, Whirl will display the Error Status screen with a GPS Error section (to help you troubleshoot the error)
- On the Wheelman screen or the map screen, green bars and 'GNSS' appear at the top
- The Wheelman dashboard GNSS LED (circled below) is solid on (red)
