How do I check the status of my order?
Log into your account at https://Handsfreefarm.com.
Go to My Account -> Purchases. In purchases, you will see your order history. Click on your order number and you will see the status of your order:
- Unfulfilled: your order is in process but hasn't shipped yet
- Partially Fulfilled: We've shipped part of your order, but another shipment is being prepared to complete the order. Check your email for a message that includes a tracking number.
- Fulfilled: Your order has shipped! Check your email for a message that includes your tracking number. You can also look for your tracking number in the order details.
