Many people have multiple devices connected via Bluetooth, including headphones, fitness bands, watches, and even vehicles. When these are set up for automatic connections when within range, they compete for limited bandwidth. Turn off all or most of these devices (or disable Bluetooth on them) to give Wheelman Pro a better chance of connecting via Bluetooth.
Is the mobile/Wi-Fi hotspot on your smart device turned on? Wheelman Pro may be trying to establish a connection via Wi-Fi or Bluetooth and switching signals. Also, your smart device may be too far away from Wheelman Pro; move your smart device closer to Wheelman Pro for a stronger signal between the two.
